- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing consumer contracts;

- Advisory services in matters of liability, commercial practices, and contractual protection, through the preparation of legal opinions;

- Representation of clients in administrative proceedings, and relevant experience in concluding Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs) before consumer protection agencies at municipal, state, and federal level;

- Representation of clients in individual and collective consumer actions, notably public civil actions and collective actions initiated by the Office of the Prosecutor, consumer associations, and others who have standing to sue;

- Preparation of defenses and appeals, and representation of clients in proceedings before PROCON, consumer protection agencies, prosecutors’ offices, specialized civil courts and ordinary courts.
